Nature doesn’t hurry , yet everything is accomplished
Lao Tzu
Qigong is an ancient practice that can benefit the mind, body, and spirit. It derives from Chinese philosophy and medicine. There are different types of Qi Gong from Medical to Martial and Tai Chi . I have practiced many forms and have learnt to teach Therapeutic Qi Gong under the guidance of Dr Kuhn.
Similarly to other traditional Chinese practices, Qigong derives from the idea that Qi, or life force, flows through the body. If Qi becomes blocked, stagnant, or flows too quickly, it can lead to health issues. Qigong aims to restore this balance within the body.
Qigong has four components:
breathing techniques
body postures
guided imagery
meditation
